On July 24, 2017, the Human Resources Department (iTR) Administration organized a law seminar on the protection of commercial secrets of enterprises. This lecture was chaired by lawyer Mao, a perennial legal advisor of iTR, from Zhejiang Zehou law firm, The content is the legal issues related to the protection of commercial secrets of an enterprise, including employees’ confidentiality and competition restrictions on the commercial secrets of the company, matters needing attention in the contract, and business ethics guidelines.
In the course of interpretation of relevant cases, such as domain name disputes, copyright infringement, electronic contracts, etc., every employee attending the seminar was listening carefully and actively asking questions in some confused places.
The purpose of this lecture is to educate all employees of iTR Corporation on legal literacy, to enhance staff awareness of confidentiality and legal awareness, and to be an important part of daily training and team building in the Company’s talent planning.
