Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for cooperating with sales engineers to formulate product sales plans, including the formulation of product applications and solutions;
2. Solve customer technical questions and other problems encountered in the sales process;
3. Responsible for the live demonstration and trial of the company’s products during the sales process;
4. Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers;
5. Skilled and accurate understanding of the technical indicators and technical performance of the company’s products, and do a good job of after-sales support;
6. Understand the company’s product situation and customer feedback, and report product problems to the team in a timely manner;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of pre-sale support experience is preferred;
2. Responsible, honest and reliable, hardworking, strong learning ability;
3. Can withstand work pressure, have teamwork spirit, and have a good sense of customer service;
4. Be competent for business trips;
