Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for after-sales technical support for projects in various regions across the country, including project equipment commissioning, routine maintenance and user training;
2. Solve general technical problems in engineering and maintenance, support and assist in dealing with other related technical problems;
3. Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers;
4. Know the technical indicators and technical performance of the company’s products proficiently and accurately, and do a good job of after-sales support;
5. Understand the company’s product situation and customer feedback, and report product problems to the team in time;
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, experience in automation related product application is preferred;
2. Responsible, honest and reliable, hardworking, strong learning ability;
3. Can withstand work pressure, have teamwork spirit, and have a good sense of customer service;
4. Be competent for business trips.
