Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the company’s overall accounting treatment, formulate the company’s monthly budget and strictly implement it;
2. Responsible for the company’s financial processing, cost accounting, expense management, accounting and inventory counting, etc.;
3. Responsible for the company’s deposit management, do a good job in bank settlement, and register in a timely manner to ensure that the accounts match;
4. Responsible for preparing and issuing the company’s various financial statements and management of financial data on time;
5. Responsible for the company’s tax declaration, tax calculation and social security provident fund remittance work;
6. Responsible for the company’s business and tax related matters, and do a good job in external relations, such as high-tech enterprises, tax incentives, government subsidies, etc.;
7. Responsible for the submission of data such as the company’s corporate annual report, final settlement and industrial and commercial annual report;
8. According to the company’s annual project plan, set up an auxiliary account for collecting research and development expenses, and keep it on file for future reference;
9. Responsible for the storage of company bills (invoices, checks, etc.), seals, account books and other accounting materials;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, more than 3 years of financial work experience, and at least 2 years of factory accounting experience;
2. Finance and accounting related majors, with intermediate accountant titles preferred;
3. Familiar with relevant fiscal and tax laws and regulations, tax policies, have comprehensive financial expertise and experience, and be able to independently complete overall financial management work;
4. Familiar with various office software and Kingdee financial software;
5. Good communication, coordination and adaptability, rigorous and meticulous work, good logical thinking ability and work orderly.
